Assistant Membership Manager
The incumbent will be responsible in growing Membership Sales and this will involve conducting of daily tours of the Club and assisting potential Members with the process of joining the Club. You will follow-up with leads and be visible around to the Club to Members. In addition, you will have a keen understanding of Membership policies, rules and regulations, available facilities and services, on-going programs, events and activities, etc. to carry out the front-end function in informing and serving our Members smartly.
Responsibilities
· Conduct Club tours, follow-up on sales enquires, manage booking schedule for tours and other administrative duties.
· Follow up on One-Year term Memberships to convert to Lifetime Members.
· Reach-out actively to promote Membership to individuals and referrals from Members, to expand the membership base while also projects the uniquely and positive image of The British Club.
· Interacts with Members, collate Members’ feedback to keep abreast of Members’ opinions, suggestions and complaints that could assist in formulating, re-designing or revamping the Club’s rules and regulations, for the overall interests of the Club.
· Attend quarterly Members Connect Night and support where possible at Club events.
· Acts as effective communication medium between Members and the Management Team, in search to bridge members’ expectations and the eventual offer of facilities and services.
· Adheres to good corporate ethics in the interaction and communication with colleagues to foster teamwork and cordial working environment.
· Completely understands the Club’s Rules and Bye-Laws.
· Undertakes additional projects and jobs, as may be assigned by Head of Membership or the General Manager.
