Job Responsibilities:
- Management reporting (via powerpoint & excel)
- Ensuring timely and adequate closure of various action plans to address risk issues (eg. audit issues, incidents, complaints, assurance review findings)
- Performing root cause analysis of technology & operations incidents & complaints, including joining incident management calls and working with teams to formulate appropriate corrective and preventive action plans
- Working with various stakeholders on risk identification, assessment, prevention, management and reporting
Job Requirements:
- Min. Degree in banking / finance or any related field
- Prior audit / risk management experience
- Possess knowledge in operational / technology risk management
