- Responsible for directing all aspects of day-to-day operations in the organization and region to ensure efficiency and performance in accordance with corporate objectives, strategies and plans in the Southeast West Asia (excluding China & Japan), Oceania and South Africa region
Strategize development and deployment in the organization through :
- Develop short-, medium- and long-range regional strategies and business plans to achieve overall organization business objectives.
- Direct the organization's forecasting and business analysis activities for business expanding.
- Lead and guide team members to achieve the target amount from head office.
- Lead, guide, evaluate, and develop a team with operational responsibilities to ensure that the organization achieves its business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws.
- Define relevant talent management plan & implementing effective people management to engage & motivate employees to achieve business goals.
- Ensure that Company’s business operations comply with the QEHS management standards, internal and external regulatory compliance standards.
- Execute internal audits and provide support to other audit matters and projects in this region.
- University Education (Bachelor Degree)
- At least 3 years of Management experience in sales or planning section from similar industry
