Logistics Supply Chain Manager

This is a position unlike any traditional 3PL Operations or Business Development role. If you have substantial experience in 3PL, and have a sense of data analytics, operation analysis, and market trends, we must meet!

Responsibilities

  • Develop appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost through coordination with internal Operation Departments, i.e Transport, Warehouse, Depot, and Freight
  • Guide the Operation Departments in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Dashboards
  • Guide and coordinates between Operation Departments on business strategy, resource optimization, profitability maximization, and KPIs resulting in the maximization of customer satisfaction
  • Plan, manage and coordinate all operation activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of customer requirement
  • Develop the appropriate supply chain solution for customer review (direct or through participating in tender) and consideration through the most cost-effective solution for comprehensive logistics services (business development / sales)
  • Monitor and work with Operation Departments on each Department resource utilisation, cost review and optimisation
  • Plan, coordinate and work with Operation Departments and IT Department on data analytics through digitalisation initiative
  • Provide and execute solutions on operation challenges based on the directive of the superior
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent
  • 3+ years of supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management experience
  • Strength in data analytics/operation analysis is essential
  • Knowledge of Lean Management and resource optimization will be valued
  • Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
  • Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sense of time organization and urgency
  • Able to work independently and within a team
