Project Manager (Cyber Security)

Responsibilities

· Enforce IT policies, Enterprise Architecture, standards and procedures for good IT governance

· Overseeing IT audits, advisory services, and investigations for various stakeholders

· Oversee ICT risk management framework and formulate mitigation plans and recommendations to improve state of ICT and data management compliance

· Maintain and track cybersecurity related items, including but not limited to:

  • Vulnerabilities management
  • Incident management and response
  • Cybersecurity related alerts, notifications, etc.
  • Compliance status
  • Onboarding to related solutions such as vulnerability management, SIEM

· Assist in reviewing, updating and implementing cybersecurity policies, standards and procedures, with a focus on administrative documentation and coordination.

· Support the planning and conduct of annual incident management exercise, including administrative documentation and support.

· Assist in planning, developing and coordinating regular cybersecurity awareness sessions, including administrative support for related awareness materials and scheduling.

· Collaborate with different teams and provide administrative support to ensure adherence to security standards, including documentation and coordination of security-related activities.

· Promote best practices and raise organizational awareness on matters to ICT and data governance.


Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.

· Relevant certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+) is a plus.

· At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in a cybersecurity or related role.

· Familiarity with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.

· Strong understanding of internal security standards such as ISO270001/27002, NIST cyber security frameworks with specific expertise in government IM8 IT standards and regulation

· Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards, especially in Government environment would be an added advantage.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a dynamic environment.
