- Responsible to solicits new prospects through cold calling the customer list and update SIO Activities
- Responsible to maintain customer profile
- Responsible to transfer non-buying customers to inactive account
- Assist in preparing Business Development policy and procedures to the subsidiaries
- Assist in maintaining access rights in Business Development related software for sales related personnel
- Assist in preparing and consolidating Business Development related reports
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Education Required:
- Minimum ‘N’ Level, Nitec/ Diploma holder or with equivalent experience
Experience Required:
- At least 1 year experience in sales or cold calling
- Experience in construction industry will be an added advantage
- Able to work without supervision, equipped with strong customer service mindset
