A joint venture between Rolls-Royce and SIA Engineering Company, Singapore Aero Engine Services Private Limited (SAESL) is the world’s largest Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility for all variants of the Rolls-Royce Trent engines. Responsibilities
• Accounts Payables (AP) Invoice Processing and match AP invoices with purchase orders, delivery orders and goods receipt in SAP system
• Communicate and liaison with internal departments and /or external vendors on invoice related matters
• Input the matched invoices into SAP system for payment processing
• Scanning and archiving of documents
• Assist in monthly stocktake count (on rotation basis)
• Assist in compiling of import permits for monthly GST reporting
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
· Able to start work immediately or within short notice - Minimum GCE A level or equivalent
