Finance Manager - Financial Listed Company

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly and year-end consolidation, SGX results announcement, group forecasts, budgets and year-end statutory accounts for the Group.
- Perform analytical review of 5 subsidiary companies’ monthly financials.
- Assist with internal reporting to the Board and to external stakeholders such as corporate banks and shareholders.
- Optimize the Company’s capital structure through capital investments to earn the highest possible risk-adjusted return, capital financing, dividends & return of capital.
- End-to-end preparation of the annual report.
- Liaise with auditors on all audit matters.
- Part of team responsible for establishing, reviewing and updating of group accounting policies and procedures in line with changes in business requirements and relevant financial reporting standards.
Requirements:
- Qualified membership of recognized professional accounting body, with at least 3 years in accounting and finance related roles gained at either a listed group finance function or "Big 4" accountancy firms.
- Consolidation experience is a must.
- Strong technical knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and Income Tax Act.
- Independent, accurate, analytical.
- Able to manage working relationships across departments and with various levels of management.
