Job description:
In your new role you will:
- Lead team to deliver analog mixed-signal verification and validation work packages for business lines worldwide.
- Provide and support for all projects executed in the team.
- Manage competency and methodology development of the team at the competence center level.
- Handle people development and allocation of the right competency to the projects supported.
- Ensure continuous improvements to the state-of-the-art in methodology and skills.
- Drive evaluation of new tools and methods to improve efficiency in verification tasks.
- Drive collaboration across different functional teams locally and worldwide to ensure projects' success.
- Develop and execute strategy to maintain as competence center in verification.
- Support project managers in achieving project targets in verification work packages.
- Support functional management to achieve key goals and targets in verification center of competence.
Your profile:
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Science.
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience in verification(alternatively: post-silicon validation) of analog mixed signal products/IP's.
- Deep knowledge of state-of-the-art analog mixed-signal pre-silicon verification, to drive methodology discussions and development.
- Experience in leading a team and possess people management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring people.
- Strong team player with good stakeholder management.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to make sound judgements and motivate team members to perform at the best level.
- Have some basic knowledge on budgeting and planning.
- You possess an innovative mindset, out-of-the-box thinking and able to drive continuous innovation
