Position Overview
- The Strategic Account Manager works with a portfolio of key customer accounts to facilitate sustainable, long-term business in order to deliver exceptional experiences and outcomes.

- Sell to a portfolio of key accounts.
- Assist in the implementation of global sales and purchasing strategies.
Job Description
- Develop and maintain a profound understanding of the structure, culture, and needs of key customers.
- Manage and facilitate individual training, covering aspects such as sales techniques, sourcing strategies, and throughput optimization.
- Ensure accurate entry of customer requirements into ERP system.
- Complete detailed records of all sales data, including contracts, quotations, and other customer interactions.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly gross profit sales goals.
- Represent and effectively communicate company's culture, values, and value proposition.
- Provide immediate and reliable solutions to customer needs.
- Annotate all customer interactions in company's ERP system for comprehensive record-keeping.
- Create and present periodic reports detailing customer interactions, as well as sales and gross profit totals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the electronics components industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, account management, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
