- Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (weekdays), 9am - 1pm (Sat)
- Location: Central
- Salary: Basic up to $3,500
Job Description:
- Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs.
- Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts.
- Coordinating of work effort.
- Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues.
- Valuing completed work and arranging for payments.
- Assist the designer in reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Analyse costs for maintenance and additional building needs and then negotiate with contractors and subcontractors.
- Maintain proper documentation for all tenders.
- Sourcing of quotations and evaluate quotations received from suppliers and sub-contractors.
