Responsibilities:
- Develop electrical standard mod products based on the business demands defined at program system requirements mainly for Asia Pacic area.
- Develop Test Evaluation Master Plan and review test results in collaboration with quality and field department
- Collaborate with Integrated Program Development (IPD) team to prepare for program planning & requirement definition, development & design review, pilots & qualification.
- Work closely with worldwide engineering to be familiar with global engineering standard and process in both design and qualification including common platform.
- Create Design Requirements Specification, drawings, Ordering Data Sheet for manufacturing Basic Data, Design Note, support of field documentation as Spare Parts Lifts.
- Benchmark competitors and Otis existing Mod products to find the best design solution in terms of products cost competitive with high quality of products.
- Maintain horizontal/vertical communication smoothly with leadership skill in English.
Requirements:
- At least MS +10 years working experience especially in electrical engineering in Elevator or similar Industry.
- Proficiency in company standard tool as E3, AutoCAD.
- Hands-on experience in electrical components design and follow Global platform standards.
- Ability to lead innovation and Agile culture.
- Working experience in Multinational Corporation.
- Excellent English communication skills for speaking, reading, and writing.
- Well structure in people and task management.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated and able to handle pressure.
