Job Description
- Site planning, coordination and execution of matters relating to the construction project
- Liaise with sub-contractors and consultants to ensure smooth progression and timely completion of quality work
- Ensure quality of work meets the requirements of regulatory bodies
- Liaise with consultants and carry out site inspection
- Perform on-site incoming inspection on project materials delivered by suppliers
Requirement
- Minimum education qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering or construction-related discipline
- Minimum years of experience: 3 years’ work experience in Landed Properties
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Good leadership and organisation skills
- Ability to work independently, and under pressure, to meet deadlines
