Monday to Friday Office Hours, Alt half sat (5.25 days)
Salary: $1.7k to $2.4k
JD:
• Perform a variety of patient service activities and services to ensure that the patients and members of public are attended to promptly and courteously
• Assist in training of staff on registration, payment collection and billing procedures
• Assist in answering patient's enquiries
• Maintain timely and accurate records of patients’ information
• To assist in keeping patient records
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor / Head of department
Requirements:
- Min A level/ Diploma
- Prior exp in customer service/healthcare is advantageous
