Sales Manager | Work Overseas | FMCG
- Working Hours: 6 days / 48hours a week
- Location: Papua New Guinea / Vanuatu (Island near Australia)
- Salary: around $4,000 + commission
JOB INTRODUCTION:
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management for approval before implementing
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma/Degree Holder
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets (with minimum 8-10years experience)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To track competitors' prices & movements regularly and consistently as consumable product prices are very volatile.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• To ensure collections are done properly & promptly.
• To present all product samples to customers and to ensure maximum outreach.
