Part Time Ecommerce Assistant

Eu Yan Sang Marketing Pte Ltd

This role will support ecommerce operations and provide excellent customer shopping experience to build stronger customer relationships and satisfactions.


KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in e-stores management, including updating inventory status, creating new products, and setting up promotions.
  • Provide support in digital marketing activities.
  • Manage customer enquiries and provide timely response.
  • Data entry and tabulate reports.
  • Provide administrative support and ad-hoc duties as required.

EDUCATION

  • Minimum GCE “O” level qualification.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years relevant experience preferred.
  • Possesses excellent customer service mindset with good communication skills.
  • Good written and verbal skills (English and Mandarin - to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts for job purposes).
  • Organized and meticulous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel & Outlook).
  • Able to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Looking for part-time, to commit at least for 4 months, 3 full days a week (preferably on Monday and 2 other days either from Tuesday to Thursday).
  • Hourly Rate at $10-$11/hr.
