This role will support ecommerce operations and provide excellent customer shopping experience to build stronger customer relationships and satisfactions.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in e-stores management, including updating inventory status, creating new products, and setting up promotions.
- Provide support in digital marketing activities.
- Manage customer enquiries and provide timely response.
- Data entry and tabulate reports.
- Provide administrative support and ad-hoc duties as required.
EDUCATION
- Minimum GCE “O” level qualification.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years relevant experience preferred.
- Possesses excellent customer service mindset with good communication skills.
- Good written and verbal skills (English and Mandarin - to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts for job purposes).
- Organized and meticulous.
- Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Able to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Looking for part-time, to commit at least for 4 months, 3 full days a week (preferably on Monday and 2 other days either from Tuesday to Thursday).
- Hourly Rate at $10-$11/hr.
