We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO and assist with various administrative tasks within the company.
Executive Support:
- Manage CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.
- Assist with personal tasks and projects for the CEO as required.
Administrative Assistance:
- Support the CEO in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including email management, filing, expense tracking, and organization.
- Coordinate and facilitate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Liaise with other departments and team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Project Coordination:
- Assist in coordinating special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
- Track project deadlines, milestones, and progress, providing regular updates to the CEO.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project implementation and execution.
Event Management:
- Support in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Arrange logistics, manage invitations, and oversee event setup and breakdown as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff, clients, and external partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
