Executive Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO and assist with various administrative tasks within the company.


Executive Support:

  • Manage CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.
  • Assist with personal tasks and projects for the CEO as required.

Administrative Assistance:

  • Support the CEO in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including email management, filing, expense tracking, and organization.
  • Coordinate and facilitate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Liaise with other departments and team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in coordinating special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
  • Track project deadlines, milestones, and progress, providing regular updates to the CEO.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project implementation and execution.

Event Management:

  • Support in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Arrange logistics, manage invitations, and oversee event setup and breakdown as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff, clients, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
