RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise cash processing equipment staging and production processes.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring prompt resolution of shortages.
- Supervise Field Technicians' schedules, tools, and skills for efficient operations.
- Communicate issues affecting product and service delivery promptly.
- Manage personal stocks and facilitate timely stock transfers.
- Oversee central warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with guidelines and metrics.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in the IT/Engineering solutions industry
- Experience of Oracle Netsuite ERP systems
- Diploma / Degree in Electronics Engineering
