Job description:
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads, understanding their recruitment needs, making appointments.
- Researching and identifying new leads, able to work under pressure to achieve Sales Target.
- Attend to sales inquiries through phone and emails.
- Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated, confident and ability to work independently.
- Good time management skills and great interpersonal skills, and responsible.
- Attained CEI certification would be bonus.
- At least 2 years experiences in recruiting industry.
