- Conduct business research and implement strategic business plans to ensure profitable growth of the Group.
- Formulate and implement strategically focused marketing plans to gain competitive edge in the market.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive sales growth.
- Develop systems to build and maintain strong relationship with customers.
- Drive subsidiaries in achieving business goals and targets.
- Develop and implement Group Business Development Department’s Policies, Procedures and Guidelines.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related disciplines.
Experience Required:
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience in Business Development
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and market trends
