6 Months Digital Marketing (FMCG) - Convertible
Job Duties:
- Assist in developing a personalised brand CRM strategy with the team.
- Create engaging member plans with exclusive benefits.
- Manage and optimise the brand's consumer lifecycle and communication plan.
- Collaborate on effective campaign strategies for member recruitment and retention.
- Design consumer journey maps and data flows for campaigns.
- Ensure smooth execution of CRM campaigns with brand team and agencies.
- Provide customer service support and issue resolution.
- Track and analyse post-campaign performance.
- Maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Support regional team and related teams with reporting requirements.
- Market research and analysis
- Diagnose/analysis problem potential cause and coordinate with CRM agency to solve the case.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics or relevant discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in CRM, business analytics or digital marketing
- Knowledge and experience on CRM systems
