Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales in new and assigned sectors and areas.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop a new customer base to achieve sales targets.
- Working cross-functionally to develop and execute a robust pricing strategy.
- Engage in regular sales activities such as customer management and tendering.
- Review project specifications and prepare quotations, costings, and regular sales reports.
- Analyze, develop, and implement plans for engaging the target market.
- Handle or support projects whenever required.
Requirements:
- Sales experience in general industries. Related experience in M&E industries and semiconductor industries is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, bids, and engineering requirements.
- Experience in M&E contracts, documentation, and having an established network of vendors, suppliers, and contractors will be an advantage.
- Candidates with more years of relevant experience and proven good records may be considered for higher positions.
- Independent, proactive, positive attitude, and a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess a driving license; own car is preferred.
