- Handle RFQ duties such as receiving rates from overseas countries and support the submission of bids and tenders and follow up on their outcomes
- Conduct reviews and benchmarking for price competitiveness.
- Manage inquiries from customers
- Collaborate with key functions to create bid strategies and tactical tender framework.
- Analyze customer tenders, translate requirements into pricing and solution documents.
- Maintain tender data and records, perform Post Mortem analysis, assist with Implementation team transition.
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma in Business or its equivalent.
- Good team player.
- Excellent communication skills.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
