Responsibilities:
- Leading a team and overseeing daily restaurants operations to ensure smooth operations.
- Assure that the remarks and online reviews accurately reflect the guests' experiences.
- Accountable for P&L, goal setting, and budget management.
- Increase revenue via events and activations.
- Establish offers and modify it to reflect the evolving market trends.
- Guarantee the effective possible building maintenance.
- Guarantee that the team is driven by a clear vision and goals.
- Accountable for the visitors' and staff members' health and safety.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree or relevant field
- At least 5 – 8 years of restaurant operations experience, preferably with western cuisine and bar setup background
