- Act as the primary project manager for multiple client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Planning, scheduling and monitoring project tasks & deliverable together with operations / accounting;
- Managing project progress along with operations team, accounting and external partners;
- Builds, maintain and improve relations with suppliers and partners;
- Briefing and selecting outsourcers/ partners on digital marketing activities;
- Monitor project budgeting, reporting, timesheet;
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with our clients' goals across different platforms (social media, websites, email, etc.).
- Create engaging content, including but not limited to videos, graphics, illustrations, and animations, using tools such as After Effects, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Collaborate closely with regional teams to ensure cohesive and effective project delivery.
- Maintain and grow positive client relationships through excellent communication and service.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to team members to ensure high-quality content creation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and content creation technologies.
