Responsibilities
• The Lead will oversee a portfolio of projects and project leads related to sustainability and ESG, including Climate Change, and drive our go-to-market strategy.
• This role will be one of the technical leads on sustainability/ESG/climate change related topic within FSO, therefore requiring Financial Services, Consulting and Sustainability expertise and experience.
• Sustainable Finance is a transformative theme, touching product design, strategy, value proposition, credit processes.
Skills/Requirement
• Significant consulting experience in scoping and delivering sustainability/ESG/ climate change related engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• 15+ years of technical experience in managing large, complex, and cross-functional projects, programs, and portfolios.
• Effective interpersonal skills including collaborating, team building, and communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
• ISO 14000, Equator Principles 4, IFC certification is desired.
