Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising postings, liaising with external agencies, scheduling interviews, preparing offer proposals, and facilitating employee onboarding.
- Handling offboarding procedures for resigned, terminated employees, and expatriates.
- Administering payroll tasks such as calculating incentives and overtime, managing social security and provident funds, reconciling accounts, and filing taxes.
- Overseeing compensation and benefits activities, including renewing and enrolling in insurance plans, administering claims, managing leave, etc.
- Coordinating internal and external employee training programs and evaluations.
- Managing HR reporting and administrative tasks, such as handling work pass matters, submitting internal and external reports, drafting letters, and maintaining employee records.
- Assisting in employee performance reviews and annual salary review processes.
- Ensuring the employee handbook is reviewed and updated in compliance with local legislation.
- Organizing staff events and activities.
- Providing HR management support for the Indonesia branch.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for correspondence with government agencies.
- Performing office administrative tasks, including document filing, equipment maintenance, coordinating courier services, making business travel arrangements, and managing pantry and stationery supplies.
- Handling responsibilities related to office lease renewal and relocation.
- Collaborating with the IT team to set up, maintain, and provide support for office technology.
- Coordinating the renewal and recertification of ISO standards as the Management Representative.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience with a strong understanding of MOM regulations and the Employment Act.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Experience in Payroll process is mandatory.
- Proactive and collaborative team player, capable of working independently.
