Job Description
- Supporting finance team to maintain accuracy and timeliness on full set of accounts
- Prepare monthly journals, schedules, account and reconciliations on a timely manner
- Supporting finance related administrative work, e.g. invoices and documentation
- Reconciliation of outlet sales with various type of payments
- Check staff reimbursement claims against valid supporting documents
- Assist in quarterly GST reporting
- Support audit related activities (e.g. monthly stock count and cash count)
- All other adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in the general accounting system is preferred
- Self-motivated, resourceful and with a strong sense of initiative
- Good team player with effective communication skills and task driven
- Meticulous with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- XERO knowledge will be an advantage
