- Type general correspondence.
- Assist in preparing proposals, progress claims, variation orders.
- Compile and submit equipment and catalogue for project requirements.
- Assist to request and submit materials requisitions to purchasing department for project’s requirements.
- Maintain proper filing for every project undertaken.
- Coordinate work with Project Manager/Engineer on site matters (e.g. scheduled meetings, workers’ name list submission, delivery of items/materials to work site, etc.)
- Keep confidential material classified and take steps to improve documentation whenever possible.
- Any other general administrative work assigned by the Project Manager and/or Engineer.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the company.
