Vistra is a leader in the digital transformation of corporate services, offering innovative solutions that streamline essential business processes. As part of our growth strategy in the Asia Pacific region, we are seeking a Business Development Manager with a strong background in sales, a track record of working with large corporates, and comprehensive experience in managing the full sales cycle. This role is a unique opportunity to drive the success of our digital platform, which simplifies company formation, governance, reporting, and accounting for businesses. This role will report to the Head of Commercial (Global Entity Platform).


Key responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound sales inquiries with a consultative approach, understanding the complex needs of large corporate clients and articulating how our digital platform addresses these needs.
  • Lead potential clients through the sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure, demonstrating the platform's value and aligning our solutions with their business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for nurturing leads into sales opportunities, working closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our digital services, competitive landscape, and industry trends to effectively position our platform and overcome objections.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the team's overall sales goals and the platform's market growth.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team, influencing the evolution of our platform to better serve client needs.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Represent Vistra at industry events and conferences, increasing brand visibility and lead generation.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record in managing the full sales cycle, particularly with large corporate clients.
  • Strong expertise in digital products or SaaS solutions, with an ability to grasp and sell technical products.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • A thorough understanding of the services industry, with insights into customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
