About Our Client
Our client, a prominent provider of Private Mobile Radio(PMR) communication solutions for critical operations, is actively looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to become a valuable member of our expanding team.
In this position, you will have a pivotal role in boosting sales growth by discovering and cultivating new business prospects within vital industry sectors, including Manufacturing plants, port/airport, facilities, integrated commercial buildings, stadiums/event halls.
Job Description
- Identify, qualify, and foster relationships with pivotal stakeholders in targeted industries.
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for complete PMR communication solutions.
- Craft and deliver persuasive presentations highlighting the value proposition of our solutions.
- Engage in negotiations and finalise contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with MEP/BSE consultant firms to infiltrate new accounts and implement strategic key account approaches.
- Cultivate and oversee a pipeline of new business opportunities, surpassing designated sales targets.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to cultivate a competitive advantage.
- Offer consultative selling expertise, showcasing an in-depth understanding of client needs and challenges.
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of marketing initiatives supporting sales endeavours.
- Manage and actively participate in proposals and tenders for new projects.
- Supervise project implementation and ensure client contentment.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 5 years of business development experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in the critical infrastructure sector.
- Demonstrated success in selling intricate solutions to top-tier decision-makers.
- Robust comprehension of PMR communication technologies and their diverse applications across industries.
- Previous experience collaborating with MEP/BSE consultant firms is advantageous.
- Proficiency in managing new construction projects, particularly in ELV electronics systems such as 2-way radio, wireless telecom systems, and CCTV.
