Vistra is at the forefront of revolutionizing corporate services through digital innovation. We are seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to be based in our Vistra, Singapore office, to spearhead the growth of our cutting-edge digital platform. This platform streamlines the process for businesses to onboard, order, and track essential corporate services, including company formation, governance, reporting, and accounting, particularly in the vibrant Asia Pacific market. This role will report to the Head of Commercial (Global Entity Platform).
Key responsibilities:
- Drive the growth and adoption of our digital corporate services platform among large corporates in the Asia Pacific region.
- Utilize a robust network and strategic outreach to introduce and sell our digital platform to new clients.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring the platform’s unique features are effectively communicated.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align platform capabilities with evolving client needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the platform's market penetration and revenue goals.
- Provide market insights to inform continuous improvement of the platform and maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent Vistra in industry events and conferences, positioning our digital platform as a leader in corporate services technology.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in digital platforms or SaaS products, targeting large corporates.
- Established network in the Asia Pacific region, with a focus on corporate services or related industries.
- Proven track record of successful sales and business development in digital solutions.
- In-depth understanding of the digital landscape in corporate services, including trends and client needs.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across different cultural contexts.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
