Scope of work for FLM Engineer/ATM Technician:
a) Clearing of paper, card, passbook, and cash jams.
b) Replenishing nearly depleted paper and other consumables such as receipt printer paper and printer ribbons.
c) Basic remedial maintenance, which consists of servicing obvious items that will prevent a repeat or subsequent FLM call.
d) General cleaning of the ATM, ATM+, BTM and CDM exterior, display screen, fascia and immediate surrounding area while on-site for the provision of other FLM services.
e) Reporting site problems such as lighting, facility or environmental conditions to DBS.
f) Initial on-site investigation of network related incidents.
g) Provide SST safe / vault access include NCR SLM if required.
h) Suspend call for SLM when required (i.e., issue beyond FLM such as parts replacement);
i) Report vandalism incidents to relevant parties based on established process.
j) Escalation of vandalism to DBS.
k) Retrieval of retained passbooks and cards when on-site for a remedial call.
l) Ad-hoc special attendance to site to collect captured cards or passbooks.
m) FLM is required to perform OT maximum 2 hours when required by DN.
n) Rotating shift.
o) Handling mobile application for ticket handling and closure.
p) All FLMs are to be responsible, punctual and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
This job needs you to stay in Singapore. Candidates willing to commute in and out of Singapore will not be considered.
5 days' work (including Sat & Sun & PH) with 3 rotating shifts.
Shift 1 (0730hrs-1730hrs); Shift 2 (1200hrs-2200hrs); Shift 3 (2130hrs-0730hrs).
Need to travel around Singapore, whenever required with as Escort Officer. Training will be provided.
