Responsibilities
- Facilitate the end-to-end delivery process, collaborating with Customer Service and logistics service providers.
- Liaise with shipping agents and Port Authorities to ensure timely supply to vessels.
- Monitor stock levels and work closely with Distribution and Production Planners to maintain agreed inventory levels.
- Ensure timely lubricant deliveries via barge and truck.
- Acknowledge and execute all orders promptly.
- Prepare accurate Delivery Receipts based on Customer POs.
- Deliver orders to customers’ vessels as per our value proposition and industry-leading OTIF metrics.
- Map physical product flow correctly in the ERP system.
- Participate in assigned ad-hoc projects and tasks.
Requirements
- Degree in Maritime Studies, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in marine supply, logistics, and operations scheduling (preferably in a multinational environment).
- Experience in cost analysis and logistics optimization.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
