Financial Planning & Analysis - Assistant Manager
Our client is renowned brand in the luxury fashion industry. A leader it its field, they are seeking a high calibre individual to join their finance team.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager (SEA), this role will involve budgeting, planning, forecasts, and strategic planning. You will support the preparation of investments and new business model proposals, highlighting risk and opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Support the preparation of commercial plan.
- Responsible to closely monitor actual results vs. forecast and vs. budget or prior year; swiftly report to the Senior Finance Manager with variance analysis and propose valuable actions/solutions.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders for any financial reporting and analysis
- Offer timely financial insights and recommendations to support key decisions.
- Propose continuous improvement and development of existing and/or new systems within the organisation.
Experience and Qualifications:
- University Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or Business-related disciplines.
- Experience in luxury retail industry will be ideal.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with more than 3 years of experience in financial/business analysis and supporting business teams.
- Strong business partnering skills.
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
- High level of commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong team player.
