About Our Client

As they expand their global footprint, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager to spearhead our operations in Singapore and drive their establishment in the Asia-Pacific region.
Job Description
- Lead the establishment and growth of their presence in Singapore and the broader APAC region.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
- Oversee all aspects of operations, including sales, marketing, logistics, and customer support.
- Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, suppliers, and government agencies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record in a similar leadership role, ideally within the RFID or technology industry.
- Extensive experience in sales, business development, and operations management.
- In-depth knowledge of RFID technology and its applications.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation.
