Requirement
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 6 years of work experience as Network Engineer
- Experience of Aruba Clearpass (NAC)
- Experience in Network Security
- Experience in firewall, switches, routers, proxy, load balancers, NAC, Wireless, remote access (VPN)
- Skills on Alcatel switches, Aruba Wireless Controllers, Palo Alto firewall, Network Access Control, RSA, F5, VPN, Alteon Load Balancers.
- Skills in SDWAN and VxLAN
- Skills in Cloud infrastructure (AWS) will be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day Operation and administration of network and security infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain the network infrastructure and Handle projects assigned by managers
- Monitor the network performance (bandwidth usage, health of network equipment etc.) to ensure network availability and reliability.
- Support network related service requests and analyzing and optimizing network performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendors or business partners to troubleshoot and resolve network outages, ensuring minimal downtime and service disruption.
- Design and implement new network solutions and improve efficiency of current network infrastructure.
- Involve in Procuring of network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, service providers, including vendors to provide updates on network status and incident resolutions.

- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Designing, writing, and updating system documentation, assets, and network diagrams.
- Perform system upgrades including firmware, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
- Willing to work after office hours
