Job Description :
- Oversee corporate related functions but not limited to Finance, Human Resource, Legal and Compliance
- Manage and ensure organization’s internal control and governance measures comply with relevant regulations and requirements
- Administrative support for the office and key management
- Budget management and monitoring, review and streamline financial processes
- Develop, implement and review business continuity plans
- Champions the execution of organization’s strategic plans
- Participates in negotiations to ensure services are procured at the best price for the organization
Requirement:
- Bachelors in Business Administration or related fields
- Preferably 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience with some managerial experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Possess strong administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Candidate with more experience can be considered for more senior position
