- The company is setting up this department and candidate will have the opportunity to grow and manage a team of admin staff once proven capable.
- Manage administrative tasks related to vehicle repairs, insurance claims processing, insurance policy & car leasing services.
- Coordinate appointments and scheduling for vehicle repairs with customers and insurance companies.
- Liaise with workshop technicians to ensure accurate assessment and documentation of vehicle damages.
- Communicate with insurance adjusters to provide necessary information and documentation for claim processing.
- Prepare and submit insurance claims accurately and efficiently, adhering to company and regulatory guidelines.
- Follow up with insurance companies and customers to track claim statuses and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain organized records of repair estimates, invoices, and insurance correspondence.
- Provide assistance and support to customers regarding claim inquiries and updates.
- Collaborate with co-worker to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to vehicle repairs, insurance and insurance claims.
- Manage reservations and bookings for rental vehicles, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop-off schedules with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Process rental agreements, including verifying customer information and insurance coverage.
- Collect rental fees and deposits, and handle payment transactions securely.
- Maintain records of rental agreements, including vehicle condition reports and mileage logs.
- Monitor vehicle availability and schedule maintenance and cleaning as needed.
- Collaborate with rental fleet management team to optimize vehicle utilization.
- Assist in updating rental policies and procedures as necessary.
- Stay informed about current rental industry trends and regulations.
- This role will include simple data entry for accounts and small scale leave and payroll management
