Admin Executive

  1. The company is setting up this department and candidate will have the opportunity to grow and manage a team of admin staff once proven capable.
  2. Manage administrative tasks related to vehicle repairs, insurance claims processing, insurance policy & car leasing services.
  3. Coordinate appointments and scheduling for vehicle repairs with customers and insurance companies.
  4. Liaise with workshop technicians to ensure accurate assessment and documentation of vehicle damages.
  5. Communicate with insurance adjusters to provide necessary information and documentation for claim processing.
  6. Prepare and submit insurance claims accurately and efficiently, adhering to company and regulatory guidelines.
  7. Follow up with insurance companies and customers to track claim statuses and ensure timely resolution.
  8. Maintain organized records of repair estimates, invoices, and insurance correspondence.
  9. Provide assistance and support to customers regarding claim inquiries and updates.
  10. Collaborate with co-worker to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction.
  11. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to vehicle repairs, insurance and insurance claims.
  12. Manage reservations and bookings for rental vehicles, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  13. Coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop-off schedules with customers.
  14. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  15. Process rental agreements, including verifying customer information and insurance coverage.
  16. Collect rental fees and deposits, and handle payment transactions securely.
  17. Maintain records of rental agreements, including vehicle condition reports and mileage logs.
  18. Monitor vehicle availability and schedule maintenance and cleaning as needed.
  19. Collaborate with rental fleet management team to optimize vehicle utilization.
  20. Assist in updating rental policies and procedures as necessary.
  21. Stay informed about current rental industry trends and regulations.
  22. This role will include simple data entry for accounts and small scale leave and payroll management
  23. This role will enable the candidate to learn and grow in an all rounder opportunity so that when there is opportunity to expand the team, he/she is ready to mentor.
