Oversee all areas of market research, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising, customer relationship management, loyalty programme and public relations, and develop pricing strategies to induce the purchase of a product or service.
People
- Develop the organisation structure and set clear KPIs for a high-functioning and integrated Marketing Department.
- Plan and develop succession planning for Marketing Department.
Product, Pricing and Promotional Strategies
- Identify sales strategies and implement growth programmes to achieve the Group’s overall financial and branding goals.
- Research and define target segments of customers to successfully communicate and market a product or service.
- Drive marketing efforts and activities to improve brand positioning and sales revenue.
- Build strategic partnerships with key partners and negotiate advertising contracts to create value for the Group.
- Oversee the organising of programming/special events to reach prospective customers.
- Approve and lead marketing campaigns to generate interest for the Group’s Asia Pacific businesses.
Customer-Focus
- Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems.
- Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sale funnel.
- Review and select CRM software that meets the company’s needs.
- Review and revamp the Zouk Group Loyalty Programme.
- Partner with IT on the development of Zouk Group Applications
Administration, Internal Communications, Processes and Reporting
- Plan, direct and coordinate marketing budgets in accordance with the Group’s strategic objectives.
- Monitor and report KPIs (marketing metrics, trends like conversion rates and web analytics) on a regular basis and formulate action plans to address gaps.
- Partner HR for internal communications.
- Review and improve marketing workstream processes to increase effectiveness and efficiencies.

Qualification and Experience Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business (MBA preferred).
- +10 years of well-rounded marketing or business development experience in positions of increasing responsibility – with a focus on marketing expansion.
- Three to five years of experience in a leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of big data analysis
