Responsibilities
- Contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures to employees.
- Participating actively in recruitment activities, including preparing job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring process.
- Designing and executing effective onboarding plans for new hires.
- Creating and implementing training and development programs.
- Assisting in performance management processes.
- Supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Maintaining accurate employee records, including attendance and EEO data, in accordance with policy and legal requirements.
- Reviewing employment and working conditions to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Managing the end-to-end payroll process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in HR functions including pay & benefits, recruitment, and training & development.
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures in Singapore, with knowledge of labor laws in other regions such as China, India, and Europe considered advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) is beneficial.
- Meticulous, organized, and efficient approach to work.

- Strong ethics and reliability in handling HR-related matters.
