Human Resource Clerk (Payroll, Info-Tech HRMS system)
- With at least 2 years payroll experience in using the Info-Tech HRMS software or other payroll softwares.
- To assist in handling bi-monthly payroll processing for 500 - 800 headcounts.
- Good working knowledge of payroll processing and administration in Cleaning Services industry.
- Work with Admin and Operations Teams to maintain HRMS database, and leave administration.
- Co-ordinate with Operations on staff attendance records, confirmation, and other related HR matters.
- Good Knowledge of MOM Employment Act, and Foreign Worker Application.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as and when required.
- A good team player with good listening skills.
