Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize online platforms, job boards, and social media for candidate sourcing.
Assist in crafting engaging job descriptions to attract potential candidates.
- Initial Candidate Screening:Participate in initial candidate screenings, evaluating resumes and qualifications.
Conduct introductory calls to assess candidates' interest and suitability for specific roles.
- Research and Market Analysis:Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and talent mapping.
Summarize findings and contribute to market intelligence reports.
- Client Interaction:Participate in client meetings and calls to understand their hiring needs.
Support in preparing client proposals and presentations.
- Networking events :Assist in arranging for networking events to attract warm leads
- Team Collaboration:Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Attend team meetings, providing input and insights.
