Business Development Intern

Objective:As an intern with our headhunting firm, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of talent acquisition and recruitment. This internship is designed to expose you to various facets of the recruitment process, allowing you to develop essential skills while contributing to the overall success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize online platforms, job boards, and social media for candidate sourcing.
    Assist in crafting engaging job descriptions to attract potential candidates.
  2. Initial Candidate Screening:Participate in initial candidate screenings, evaluating resumes and qualifications.
    Conduct introductory calls to assess candidates' interest and suitability for specific roles.
  3. Research and Market Analysis:Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and talent mapping.
    Summarize findings and contribute to market intelligence reports.
  4. Client Interaction:Participate in client meetings and calls to understand their hiring needs.
    Support in preparing client proposals and presentations.
  5. Networking events :Assist in arranging for networking events to attract warm leads
  6. Team Collaboration:Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
    Attend team meetings, providing input and insights.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Human Resources, Business Administration, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn about the recruitment industry and contribute to team success.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
