1. Committed to doing everything possible to prevent injuries and maintain safe and healthy environment.
2. To support the OSH program and make safety and health a part of theirr daily routine and to ensure that they are following safe work methods and relevant regulations
3. Responsible for processing support (order processing, customer order verifications & follow up with customer orders)
4. Prepare orders for Planner and follow-up with customers when there are incomplete information or documents
5. Coordination with booking agents ot ship operators for status of supply schedule/vessel loading
6. Collate information for planner if there are any changes for the day itself for delivery
7. Tally overall order received at the end of day to ensure all order is not missed out
8. Ensure all delivery orders are received (arrange dispatch) once job completed and forward to customers as proof of delivery
9. Closing of job orders for billing once job is completed
10. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solution and alternatives
11. Build sustainable relationship and trust with customer through open and interactive communications
12. Always look for opportunity to expand business share through building good rapport with customers
13. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Good communications skills (both verbal and written) and excellent organizational abilities
2. Capable to work independently
3. Positive attitude and cutomer-oriented
4. Capable of identifying and suggesting improvements
5. Able to work under pressure during peak periods & willing to take responsibility and accountability of their role.
6. GCE N Level, GCE O Level or Professional Certificate
7. 2-3 years of solid career experience in transportation business
8. Experience in HMS (Haulage Management System) and new technologies
9. Proficient in MS Office
