Job Description
Candidates are required to be fluent in Chinese. It will be a bonus to be conversant in English and dialects such as Hokkien and Teochew.
Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills are important for handling customer orders via phone call, face-to-face meeting and mobile orders.
Candidates need to learn how to use online platform / application to send customer’s orders to office.
Candidates are required to have a good driving record, with minimum Class 3A driving licence. They should be familiar with the traffic rules and be able to navigate well with the help of maps.
Candidates are required to build good rapport with customers and maintain a balance between company policies and customer demands.
Candidates should have a warm and friendly disposition, are open to criticism and room for improvement. Candidates should be willing to learn new things and be able to work independently, as well as to liaise with team members.
Candidates need to participate actively in bi-weekly meetings by contributing their ideas and share about customer feedback etc.
Candidates will need to help deliver customer orders.
Candidates should be self-motivated and driven by targets to achieve customer satisfaction and company requirements. To be able to present new products and encourage sales. Find out about customer expectations and how to improve products based on feedback.
Candidates will need to communicate well and keep track of customer habits. In the event of customer bad debt, candidates need to get customers to make payment.
