Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and exceeded.
- Develop and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours.
- Identify and nurture talent within the team for potential growth opportunities.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Supervise and lead a team of retail associates, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a prompt and professional manner.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- At least 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in retail industry
- Must be able to work shift hours
- Good interpersonal skills
