Responsibilities:
- Manage product inventory, including restocking items, conducting regular inventory checks, and coordinating with the logistics team to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Greet and engage with customers, providing a personalized shopping experience by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Maintain the store's visual standards, ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and the store is clean and well-organized.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card payments, and issuing receipts.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level / Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 –3 years of relevant experience in the retail industry.
- Able to perform shift work.
- Candidate should be a team player and have a pleasant personality
