Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist and support operations team in creating and maintaining daily bus schedules
- Coordinate and manage bus drivers to ensure they meet their required performance standards
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions are taken.
- Liaise and follow-up with customers to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests
- Collaborate with other team members to meet or exceed service standards
- Build relationship with customers
- Support with daily administrative work
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent (with or without experience)
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to speak with both English and Chinese speaking drivers)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Proactive, independent, meticulous and organised
- Customer-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with Singapore roads
- Class 3 driving license required
