Indoor Customer Service Officer

Ms Precision Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify PO information
  • Acknowledge PO
  • Key order in system
  • Check stock
  • Load PO to factory
  • Liaising with factory on deliveries
  • Arrange deliveries (Sea and Air)
  • Reply delivery date to customer
  • Issue documents for deliveries
  • Send tracking number, invoice and report to customer
  • Send shipping documents to customer to check shipment mode
  • Liaise with forwarder on deliveries
  • Update system on reschedule reports
  • bi-weekly and monthly reports
  • Send costing to Sales Manager
  • Send quotation to customer
  • To arrange with samples delivery
  • To receive parts from air and sea shipment
  • To key lot number in system
  • To prepare documents and arrange local deliveries

Requirements:

  • Responsible, independent and multi-tasked
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Bilingual English and Chinese (Need to reply emails, QQ and Wechat and calls in Chinese)
  • Assist manager on daily operation activities
  • Willing to take more roles
  • Singaporean preferred

Working: 5 days work week (8.30am-5.30pm)
