Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities
· Supervision and coordination of construction works at sites
· Ensure targeted completion dates are met
· Effectively manage and coordinate both people and site work matter well with people of all levels
· Ensure safe work environment on site
· Liaise and update Project Manager and main contractor on site
· Assist in the preparation of progress payments claims and variation orders where required
· To comply with the local authority requirements and approved drawings
· Prepare necessary submission prior to project execution
· Possess class 3 / class 4 driving licence
Requirements
· Diploma in relevant Mechanical, Electrical and ACMV certificate or its equivalent
· Minimum 5 years of relevant ACMV experience
· Attained the Coretrade Supervisor Certificate by BCA
· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
· Good interpersonal skills and pro-active in problem solving
· 6 days’ work week
